a few months ago i tweaked my ankle pretty bad. a few weeks ago i did some exercises from the t-nation article about 'bulletproof ankles' and it's helping. the ankle still isn't as flexible as it was before so i decided to try acupuncture. i've only had 2 sessions so far. am i wasting my time with this?

i first started accupunture when i had knee surgery when i was 16, before the surgery it helped relieve a lot of the pain, i started maybe two months before surgery and went every other week. then i got into a pretty bad car crash when i was 19 and had back pains, it helped but i don't think it's a permanent fix, but with you ankle it should help promote blood flow and possibly get rid of soreness or pain.

accupunture depends on the person doing it.
you can have good and bad people who do it.
I think its amazing and never disappointed.
