My dad has been lifting/running for over 30 years. Any my mom swims and shit all of the time.
My dad goes to the gym and runs 6 days a week.
my stepdad lifts and runs, but he only lifts light. he says he doesn't want to get bulky i call him a queer

yea my dad ran a 5k this morning and we are gonna buy some 45's for benching today
My dad swims/bikes/plays tennis and occasionally lifts weights but he is still a fatty haha
My dad used to be athletic all his life, played so many sports i can't even count. I didn't get his athletic gene. He is seriously good at any sport he does
My dad's almost 70 and still does callisthenics every morning.
Been doing so all my life. Up to even 10 years ago he'd try to compete with me in doing pullups.
My dad did dbol back in the day when it was legal.
my dad doesnt, but my mother wants to but shes working everyday 9am-8pm exclude sun.
I actually got my parents to work out (since they are on the cubby side ...no offense mom & dad)
My dad rides his mt bike once a week

no, sadly they are both out of shape smokers and drinkers with absolutely no will to quit.
Taken a few years back... with my nephew and my father. I think he was past 65 already.
that's crazy, he looks 30-40 years old in the face

My mom goes to the gym all the time. My dad goes occasionally
my dad mountain bikes. I wish he'd come train with me, but time is never good. Plus it's hard for him to have time 5-6 days a week.
dad runs bout 3 miles per day, he's in pretty good shape for 55
My dad works out 5 days a week. He wants to get big but thinks he'll get fat if he exceeds his maximum 2500 callories a day.
My Mom dosen't work out, cheats on her adkins diet and dosent loose any weight.
my dad used to be really strong just from working, but he's not anymore. He still helps me do moves sometimes, but I was bad dissapointed when he couldn't draw a bow that I was shooting the other day. I mean, it was tight, but not that tight.
My dad also does plenty of lifting at his work. He owns a furniture store
