Everything else stays sore for for me at least 2 days except my biceps, they never get sore after lifting no matter how hard I work them. Anyone else?

mine do for a day or so, but from what i've read, soreness is no indication of a good workout. just push yourself and get a good work out in and you should see some progress

I have the same problem...and my biceps are probably showing the slowest growth of anything. I haven't figured out any ways to isolate the muscle further other than being super super strict about my form.

I'm the same way. My biceps and quads are pretty much the only muscles that never get sore after working out. I can understand my quads don't get sore because they're my most developed muscle group, but my biceps are nothing special.

    ???????? Got me.

...how the hell can your quads not get sore? Do you ever do squats, lunges, etc?

I don't know. Yes, I do lift legs. Hammys rarely get sore, but calves usually do. I'm a runner/sprinter so my legs are more tuned for legwork.

Yeah when I really pound my calves they tend to stay sore longer than anything else.

Yeah, and it's hard to move without moving your calves, so it just makes it worse. But it's nice to look good in shorts.
