    No because I don't own a belt and I'm too cheap to buy one. Never had any back problems squatting 400+ back in the day and deadlifting 500+ now.

    No, because i don't know how to use one. I just use gloves but i still get callouses. :( I'm an all around anti-broly.

    yes, on heavier sets. Pressing out with your belly full of air during squats/dls helps tremendously....

    i voted no because i only use one when going extremely heavy. heavier work sets get no belt.
