    dunno, you'd be surprise how low you have to pull it to get under the bar, depends on how proficient you are at the squat clean

    can you front squat it?

    yea. my form is shit though. im pulling with my arms in those vids. gotta change some things

    High pulls are a great to support olympic lifting in general because you can use more weight than you normall would for a clean or snatch, but for the love of god wear some straps when you go heavy to make the movement worth while!

    If you look at the "highest" point of his lift at 39 seconds, his form is completely fucked and the pull was useless. At the high point of any olympic lift you want to be full extended, on your toes, hips open and up, and elbows facing the ceiling. Think of a static jump at its highest point.
