yes because i do cardio after weights
no but sometimes I take a shit
I've never taken one before. Seems like it could get messy.
But I have been known to drink them. Well, technically protein smoothies. But no, not after cardio, unless I'm cutting and trying to maintain muscle mass.
my cardio consist of playing 3 hours of soccer twice a week and no shake
I normally drink a shake when I do cardio in the morning.
I try to gulp down a glass of milk at least. It's hard to want to take in protein after a good cardio session though.
