Do you see anything that i am missing in my routine?

    I have read through the stickies several times and this is kind of a compilation of what I have read and advice from a few friends. I just started this on Monday so let me know what i need to add/change. I am 6'3'' 203 lbs currently. I do have the gravitational fat around my waste but its not horrible. My goal is to be 240 by March of 09 and be able to lose the fat around my waste. I just need some input on my routine.:dunno:

    Monday
    Flat bench- 4x 8-12 reps
    Incline bench- 4x 8-12 reps
    Dips- 1x failure
    Push ups- 4x failure

    Tuesday
    Seated leg extensions- 8x 8-12
    Leg press- 3x 4-6
    Squat 3x 4-6
    Calve raises 4x 20-25
    Sit-ups 4x 15-20

    Wenesday
    Light cardio
    Sit-ups 4x 15-20

    Thursday
    Military press 4 x 8-12
    Dumbbell military press 4 x 8-12
    Lateral raises 4 x 8-12
    Rear lateral raises 4 x 8-12
    Shrugs 5 x 20-25

    Friday
    Barbell curls 4x 8-12
    Tricep dips 4x failure
    Pushdowns 4x 8-12
    Dumbbell curl 4x 8-12
    french curl 4x 8-12
    Sit-ups 4x 15-20

    Saturday
    Light cardio 30-60 minute jog

    too many reps, up the weight. back exercises as already stated. deadlifts are always fun.

    I didn't even bother to read the routine but now that you said that I did and it is complete and utter shit.

    it has to be one of the worst routines in history

    squats but no deadlifts

    lots of direct arm work but no pullups. :ugh:
