    unless you're taking it nearly every day, your tolerance for it shouldn't build up tremendously, but if it does, then cycle it

    i'm not aware of any other reasons you'd need to cycle it though

    and mike ruggiera is the man :bowdown:

    No, you don't need to cycle it. In fact it gets more efficient the longer you take it. I can't find a source for that, but I remember hearing it from several different ones.

    as do i but kenkanif mentioned something about needing to cycle it to allow something in the body to set itself back to normal. ive been on it for about 4 months and i am currently taking a break from it, bout a week right now.
