I imagine most of you do. Any suggestions? Right now I am just taking the walgreens brand.
I'm taking the Wal-Mart/Sam's club brand.
cvs>walgreens...only because it was on sale though...
i take 2-3 every morning...kirkland brand
So is there any suggestion on how much to take? Like how much EPA vs. DHA?
i was told 2/meal
id imagine if u were bigger maybe more
i was taking 10 a day of regular fish oil pills now I'm taking 5 a day of this stuff that is twice as concentrated with EPA/DHA.. As long as I get over a gram total of each I don't care.
I'd just eat salmon/tuna, something along the lines of fish that's high in long-chained unsaturated fats about 2/3 times a week. Probably would cost less, thats if you're not allergic to fish
cause eating fish 2-3 times a week is cheaper then buying a bottle of pills eh.
where u gettihng this high qaulity fish from
Im just guessin since i've read a couple articles sayin that eating 1 or 2 things of tuna a week would meet the recommended daily requirements of DHA's and Omega-3's and such for a full week.
I do, but I have no idea why I do
5 in the morning & 5 at night
costco enterically coated (no fish burps)
I take Flameout by Biotest.
i take GNC super mega fish somethings
carlson fish oil i hate taking the pills
3/day... Nature Made
trader joes brand. says 1 a day so thats what i take. also eat a can of tuna every day too.
3/day... 500mg EPA/DHA each
Saved this link from the last time this question was asked... buy 2 bottles get 3 free... 300 pills for $43.. I think someone said they're the highest content per pill available so you don't have to eat 30 pills a day.
They're tripple the EPA/DHA of the ones I currently have.
The EPA/DHA content is high... but the price isn't the greatest. I'd rather take 1 extra pill than pay 2x as much.
gold fish are cheap
EPA: 650 mg
DHA: 450 mg
Other Omega-3s: 180 mg
Vitamin E: 30 IU
I take 2 pills a day either with my lunch or dinner.
Very highly concentrated.
