for example when i do biceps ive always been doing preacher curls then bicep curls and then hammer curls. i usually end up putting as much weight as i can do on the preacher curls so by the time i get to hammer curls im stuck using the same weight ive always used. should i have days where i do hammer curls first so i can use more weight

I dunno about the frat boy workout it looks like you're using but I usually switch up whether I do DB bench or BB bench first, every other day is pretty consistent with the most compound movements going first.

With my old routine I used to rotate some of the accessory stuff around as well as rotate in different things too. Like one week I'd straight bar curls next week I'd do hammer grip curls, etc.

yes, like someone else said, i switch DB and BB just about weekly unless im doing a different routine. big compound first, everything else secondary. Some weeks i start with incline, some with flat...works well for me.

Yup, I'll mix up the order and exercise as I feel I should.
eg. Cable rows -> tbar rows, db flys -> cable flys, rear laterals -> face pulls

I usually do Compounds first, but every now and then i try to pre exhaust before the compound. Ex. Fly's before Bench
