Do you eat before the gym? If so, how long before and what??

    i usually try to get something to eat + a cup of coffee before hand

    90 minutes before: 6 oz's of chicken, 2 oz's of whole grain pasta, 2 slices of whole grain bread with 2 TBSP of PB

    If you eat 6 times a day it really shouldn't matter but anything with protein and some carbs will do.

    Usually 1.5-2 hours before hand.

    Typically it's better to eat closer to your workout but I get indigestion if I workout too soon after eating. I prefer to lift with no much in my stomach and then just load up on food and cals right after my workout.

    I always have some sort of meal about an hour pre. Worst case ill have some toast with peanut butter.

    I always eat a full meal somewhere between an hr and an hr and a half beforehand, I need to start adding something shortly before since i get kind of shitty towards the end of the workout usually

    I usually have a normal dinner, which is usually barilla plus pasta and a scoop of whey.

    If I don't wait at least an hour, I get really weak at the gym.

    nothing, i go first thing in the morning. I lift first, drink 1 scoop whey and 1 tbsp powdered gatorade in water, then do cardio for 15-25min.
