i usually try to get something to eat + a cup of coffee before hand
1 hr before, carbs and protein.
PB&J about an hour before.
5 slices of bread pre
90 minutes before: 6 oz's of chicken, 2 oz's of whole grain pasta, 2 slices of whole grain bread with 2 TBSP of PB
If you eat 6 times a day it really shouldn't matter but anything with protein and some carbs will do.
Usually 1.5-2 hours before hand.
Typically it's better to eat closer to your workout but I get indigestion if I workout too soon after eating. I prefer to lift with no much in my stomach and then just load up on food and cals right after my workout.
Shake about 10-15 min before.
I always have some sort of meal about an hour pre. Worst case ill have some toast with peanut butter.
turkey or chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread
supreme bar before
supreme bar after
thats usually me
are you the supreme bar slut? haha, good tasting bar tho
I always eat a full meal somewhere between an hr and an hr and a half beforehand, I need to start adding something shortly before since i get kind of shitty towards the end of the workout usually
and supreme bar during, just in case
tried the new flavor? havent seen it anywhere in stores yet
i cannot wait to try it...

I usually have a normal dinner, which is usually barilla plus pasta and a scoop of whey.
If I don't wait at least an hour, I get really weak at the gym.
nothing, i go first thing in the morning. I lift first, drink 1 scoop whey and 1 tbsp powdered gatorade in water, then do cardio for 15-25min.
Horrible way to workout.
bowl of oats
1 hour before
