do u people get hungy a lot when bulking/lifting heavy?

    I just ate 3 chicken breasts and had a milk/whey shake like 2.5 hours ago and now I'm starving. I didnt poop either. :hs:

    fuck i'm lying in bed cause i have to be up in about 7 hours but i think i am gonna go downstairs and eat something

    i cant fall asleep hungry

    i eat every chance i can shovel something in my mouth. yea usualy hungry.

    At work I eat/snack on something every hour.

    Before work I eat about 3 times.

    After work I eat once, I get home at about 9:30...

    Yes you burn off more calories, and your body also needs protein to use other wise it uses your muscle :noes:

    yup

    it becomes routine after a while and your body starts to crave all that food

    I never get hungry, I get low on energy and then have to eat, but i havnt had the feeling of hunger in about 7 years, its a struggle as at times i have gone 2 days before without eating, I can eat lots when i want, thats not the problem, just I never get the feeling to eat.

    yeah i went to that phase...i was 116 to 144 in 4.5 months. it was mostly fat though:hs: . i wanna enlighten my self on how to eat cleanly.

    im down to 130

    the meal after my workout is the largest. i can usually eat 2x more than i usually would.
