muscle? I'm 6' 1'' 180lbs and don't have an ounce of fat on me. I'm not brolly by any means but I have a semi muscular figure. I don't eat a lot and it's usually greasy fatty foods. Am I hindering my muscle growth by not eating healthier foods and worry about my protein intake? :hs:

You are probably hindering/starving your muscle growth by not following proper nutrition.

Really, if you maintain such a tight balance to keep low BF, you are most likely starving your possible gains. Its always better to err on the high side of caloric/protein intake.

I'm not going to bitch at you for the stupid things you said, but, yes, if you have the ability, eat good food. You don't think you can get fat now, but you wold be surprised how easy it is to put on a few fat %. Nothing wrong with that, especially if you are severely underweight, but there is no reason to deprive yourself of good food, really.

I'm 6'4" and weigh 185lbs. I used to not watch what I eat, but now I am. I used to weigh 155lbs and now I'm up 30lbs from a year. I'd recommend you watch what you eat if you want to live past ~50 or 60. If you don't then keep eating shit. Once you start eating healthy you wonder why you ever ate the crap you did. Like I'll go eat mcdonalds and then ill goto the gym and you just feel like shit because you gave yourself shit. It just becomes a cycle where healthy is the only way to go you just have to make the change.

Skinny guys don't have to watch what they eat to be skinny, they don't need to eat more to gain muscle too, it's all mental.

You'd like that don't you :squint:

For the big guys/experienced guys in here, how important and approx. how much should I be getting in the way of carbs? I've really been focusing on my protein and calorie intake, but haven't really been paying any attention to my Carb intake, what kinda numbers should I be hitting there?

If you get your protein, fats, fiber and calories, it should balance itself out.
