Right now I just started working out about 2 months ago, and i heard it is good to take a protien shake after you work out. I got this gnc protein shake, but it only has 120 calories in it, but 21 grams of protein. I want to gain some weight because im pathetic. Im 6'2" and weigh only 164 lbs so im really skinny. I was wondering should i find some other kind of drink to take for putting some weight on, or do they sell a protein shake that can pack alot of calories? I was thinking about mixing it with milk, but to much milk upsets my stomach, so that is out of the question.
