Anyone here got any scar but still able to workout like usual?

Bone can heal without leaving any scar, sometimes even be stronger than before fracture. Skin leaves scar because it doesnt heal aswell. What about muscles?

    Heres one example for you.

Mike Brown of Westside Barbell. Some of you may have seen the video, but Mike was benching a year or two ago and his forearm snapped, sending the bone out of his arm. Mike still competes as a top level powerlifter to this day, he lifted at the Arnold this weekend.

Then got piss-ass drunk and passed out at the EFS party:

Look at his left forearm, that is literally a hole in his arm.

    The lighting sucks here:

Who cares? That has to be the most badass way to get a scar ever... So, I was benching this gigantic amount of weight when my forearm basically just snapped.

:mamoru: your hand snapped, must be weak muscles. :mamoru:

:eek3: now I'm not too much of a pussy about most things but bones snapping and shooting their way through your skin is just fucking horrifying
