or does the smell just annoy you so much you forget about the pain?

Between the Triceps Extensions, boxing, and grappling, my right triceps right near my elbow, is sore as hell. Should I just tough it out is there actually something that will help?

Gotcha. I just bought a shit load of no name Ibuprofen on the way home from work, 400mg 250 caplets, buy one get one free :eek3:

Unfortunately last time I was in Detroit, I forgot that my physiotherapist told me that you can get Naproxin over the counter in the States. Guess I have to stick with Ibuprofen for a while longer.

well, Naproxin is terrible for you. Especially if you like to drink. Hell, its the hangover cure from heaven... but its not good for you. Ibuprofen is the best thing you can take. If you have a muscular flare up, take 800mg before you train. Make sure you are icing, too.
