I started detailing a vehicle a week or so ago then due to various reasons after I got the inside done, washed, clayed, and used paint cleaner and show car glaze I haven't had time to apply yellow wax yet. It's been setting inside and except for one 3 mile drive it hasn't been outside. Do I need to wash it before applying one more coat of show car glaze and then a coat or two of yellow tech wax tomorrow?

you should either re-wash it or go over it with some sort of QD product.

You just want to make sure you don't grind a loose piece of dirt or clump of dust into your paint.

I'd prolly QD it panel by panel as I was applying the glaze.

yeah, i'd go ahead and wash. your work isn't worth being messed up b/c you didn't take the 25 mins to rewash the car. I mean really, you've put this much work into it, now go the distance to finish up! I think you'll be much more pleased with the end result. :bigthumb:

and don't forget to post pics when you're done!!!!!!

it's not really to show off the car, but the effort and results. I'd rather seen a hundred daily drivers that have been turned around than one ultra high end garage queen where you can't even see any results.
