I unjured something in my arm (something popped in the armpit area) and hurt pretty bad for a while. I still have limitted movement, but really want to lift. Do I once again need to take another day off, and wait until I have no pain to lift again?

if you truly fucked it up you need to go see someone about it, and do some rehab.

How about you describe the pain... where it is... how it happened?

I was told by a physician to hold off until I was 80% healed, for what it's worth :dunno:

Is the pain intense? Can you work through it? You'll probably know if it's not a good ideal to lift.

Sounds like what I had, I tried a bunch of stuff but it seemed to be a muscle inbalance (anterior delts >>> rear delts). Face pulls and RC work got it back to 95%

I was doing wide grip pull-ups, and something popped in my armpit. It hurt to do pushes yesterday, and the pain is less intense today, but still there.

Nah, nothing in the bicep. It feels like the shoulder, but the bottom side, closest through the armpit. AT this point its not very bad, but kinda irritating. It only hurts when I dropthe bar down to my chest.
