i thought my delts were doing fine until i saw a man (estimate 190lb 5'9") bb press 135lb on standing miltary presses and behind the head as well for reps of 8+ :eek3:
maybe its not a lot to you guys but i have hard time doing 5 reps of just 95lb:o

i always thought i had the shittest shoulders, proof:

for db front raises, i use 20lb's per hand and get around 7-8 reps with perfect form
when i do standing bent over side raises, my rear delts get in pain very quickly with just the 15lb dumbbells after the first set.

    i weigh 188lb and 5'7" tall., over 20% bf.
does it seem like my delts are craptacular?

yeah, kinda shitty. Start with a comfortable weight, and work you way up. Stay on the free's and work your way up.

    my big 3 lifts are:
    deadlift: 405lb 1rm
    squat: 315lb 1rm (paralell)
    bench: 225lb x2

i been working shoulders once per week since the last 5 months and their very slowly progressing. i work freeweights and cables, rarely machines.
what are some good delt exercises? majority of the shoulder exercises i been doing are from milo's training vid: http://thefitshow.com/week9/milos_shoulders1/milos_shoulders1lg.htm

My shoulders have gotten wider looking from upright rows and facepulls. Try those

i only military press like 125x5, but i could do seated db press with 70x8, i guess it depends which excerise you use most often. i use mainly db's so im alot stronger with them then barbells.
