Yes they work but not to the extent most people think. The additional calorie burn is small but they're often taken because of their appetite suppressing qualities.

:werd: great for motivation as well.

But if your diet isn't in check and you skip out on cardio they won't do much of anything.

The caffeine and synephrine put me into a zone while working out. It was awesome I was like :eek3:.

they help but diet and cardio are the most important thing. If both diet and cardio suck all a fat burner will do is drain your wallet

I tried Thermorexin and took it word for word as suggested and it did nothing for me. Went back to EC stack.

I'm about to start back at the gym....going to be on a strict diet and plenty of lifting / running.....I was just curious if it was worth adding any fat burners to my routine that I start today

Don't bother, I lost 80lbs without them. The problem with using supplements is a mental issue. You can easily trick yourself into beliving insane placebo effects even though they aren't doing anything. You just need the drive and desire to change. No supplement can do that.

fat burners will help. How much will vary.

for some people stimulant effect will make a big difference in training and endurance which CAN mean longer harder training and thus more cals burned. (eg. Ephedrine and caffiene, SYMC (thermorexin), MC (cardio breeze), SYC (lipo6x), DC (amp, stim x))

for some people appetite suppression, which CAN allow for better food intake control, will be what tips the fat burning scales in their favor. (eg. synephrine (thermorexin), ephedrine)

for some its modulating metabolic processes like carbohydrate or fat metabolism and/or thermogenic effects. (eg fish oil, sesamin (sesapure), R-lipoic (glucorell), EGCG, ALCAR, evodiamine, cayenne)

the aspects and ingredients/products will have some impact in most users. In some users they will have a lot of impact (because the effect fits their needs or at least shores up where something is lacking).

I was on Stacker 3 for 5 months, I lost 60 lbs. But it was also my diet, I basically cut out fast food, soda, and snacking all the time. I did cardio 6x a week too.
