Do ever go off your diet?

    I know most of you are extremely diligent about what you eat so I was wondering if you ever allow yourself to have one day where you eat whatever you want? And if you do how bad is it really?

    i try to limit myself to 1 cheat meal a week. sometimes it end up being 2 cheat meals a week though :o

    I cheat day would be ridiculous, i'd eat everything in site.

    i cheat on weekends. i eat whatever with no guilt on weekends..but thats only because i eat so strict during the week that if i didn't have cheat days i would end up binging.. :hs:

    hm i also think it helps my body from adjusting to a calorie deficit.. :wiggle:

    of course. when you're dieting you should take a break once in a while and eat at maintenance or you will most likely see your progess slow to a stop. :)

    I usually eat really shitty about once a week. Last night my buddy wanted to go to Sonic so I couldn't turn that down.

    I do go off my diet but I cheat with good food. Yesterday for example my diet was pefect except after the gym. I got home ate a good dinner and then started to eat toast/grapes (1.5cups) and then a honey dow mealon.

    I love to eat so I can't wait until I get to start to bulk.

    It seems like my cutting progress is actually faster when i have a weekly cheat day where i eat whatever the fuck i want, t han if i behave myself completely.

    I usually cheat a bit on Saturday and Sunday, but I don't go overboard. Maybe a couple beers over the weekend and some fries for a meal.

    I was bad today since everyone was saying they cheat. I had a meatball sub from Subway with 2 chocolate chip cookies. Instead of soda though I still got water. :o

    it depends what your diet is. the reason a lot of people say its good to cheat is because a lot of diets are very low - 0 carbs. So the reason for the cheat day is to take in a lot of carbs to prevent your thyroid from shutting down.
