Just wondering if 18" arms after a leg workout counts as cold or not.
brag a little more, timber.
And they probably get a little pump.. my whole body gets a little 'bloated/pumped' when doing legs or back... but it's not the same as if you had just bsted out 5 sets of db curls.. so yeah, count it as cold.
have I mentioned I hate you lately? :rofl
seriously, mine do. I notice that I'll usually squeeze the BB or whatever pretty hard when pushing out the last few reps which is what i assume give my arms a bit of pump
But yeah it happens to me. Nothing at all like when I'm actually working arms but it's noticeable.
Then I guess it still doesn't count as cold.
I'll wait awhile before I make another post like this. I'm 182lbs right now... probably need to get to 185lbs to get 18" arms.
hahaha... damn 18" is a good number... i hate u
wouldnt know...mine havent been 18 for years
How much did you weigh when you first got them to 18"?
not 180-190 like you, thats the part people are missing...18" at your weight and structure is near impossible. I think i was 210-215 and not any where near your bf.
Your arms pound for pound are the biggest on this board easily
I get pumped everywhere whenever I work out anything.
BTW timber, that's badass, good job!
Timber's arms to waist ratio is nuts
Last time...in february to march.... to get to 185lbs my waist went up to 29", if not slightly above. At 182lbs... it's been maintaining at around 28". So maybe I'll be more patient and try to stay at 3600 calories instead of going up to 4200. We'll see...
Dude you need more rice cakes. And feesh.
29" waist at 182lbs.... hahahahahahahahaha
mines 29 at 214 at showtime, even a bit under...its 30-31 right now
here have a forearm too
Is that recent?
ITS A CALF!!
rofl, the pic hadnt loaded when i asked
