So in my old age, my left elbow is starting to seriously bother me. It used to just pop here and there, no pain most times. Last night on chest day it poped on almost every set/rep and started to hurt, which severely limited my workout. I think last week's arm day did it in - at the end of that day I couldn't even do pulldowns with 20lbs. With that said, do the sleeves help with the popping/pain? Any material better than others? I am hoping I can use the sleeve for a few weeks and the problem will resolve itself. Yes I've read bdr's elbow guide as well. Cliffs: elbow = ouch, sleeves = good?
