My wrists are pretty skinny, I should really work on them more because they are lagging behind the rest of my arms but after hit the weights usually a day after my wrists are sore like the joints have been overworked.

Do any of you guys get this? :hsd:

bicep curls, reverse curls, hammer curls, etc. basically anything that puts some sort of horizonal tension on my wrists.

I get this too, but it's not just after the day is over, it's after a few sets.

Sometimes it's so bad I have to stop, fucking blows.

One thing that helped me was to squeeze the shit out of the bar/dumbbell. You may be (without you knowing) letting your wrist sag while doing curls. Squeezing the bar will tighten up your forearms and help you maintain a fixed wrist position.

use a straight bar for bicep curls instead of the regular bar. the straight bars tend to be easier on the wrists.
