Yep. I've been doing this for the last 2 years. If you asked me what I ate on any certain day, what time of the week, I could just pull it off FitDay and tell you. Down to the gum I chewed and how many calories it has. That being said...

Here was my diet for today.

I do and get great results. Easy too, which works for me :o I also eat quite a bit of vegetables like baby spinach, baby carrots, onions, mushrooms, green onions and tomatoes but they're not on this particular one for some reason (I just had these from a week or so ago). Sorry a lot of them are "servings" but I have my own portions worked out and it works very well for me, none of this is really intended for anyone's use but mine.

And in case it's not obvious, yes I'm cutting :o

for the past year my breakfast, lunch, and snacks have all been exactly the same. id eat the same chicken dinner like 70% of the time. the other 30% i mix it up a bit cuz chicken breast just gets too tiring. i can handle eating the other shit everyday.

Sort-of. If you read my post carefully I state that I count all my calories/food and have been for the past two years. The first year of doing it I was at a calorie deficit trying to lose weight, at the start of 2009 I started eating more of the same stuff, doing a slow clean bulk. It's been working so far, but pics won't do anything because I have loose skin all over my body. Until surgery, I am not taking any pics unfortunately. :hs:

This. I started lifting weights for the first time in my life on January 2009 (start of this year) I'm still fairly weak and it does not look like I workout. :o

    I love the Kashi. :o

I throw the oats into my protein shake, it just helps mix and taste better.

my first meal of the day is usually the same...eggs, whey and a complex carb of some sort + my multi and fish oils. The rest of my meals vary from chicken/fish/steak plus whatever i feel like pairing it with that day.

i would go insane eating the EXACT same shit every day.

Same breakfast, snack, lunch, and second snack during the work week with variations on dinner (salmon, chicken, tuna, turkey rotating)

I love having the same breakfast and lunch because I know exactly how much time I have and it's quick to prepare so I'm not rushed. Dinner I spend more time on.

I don't eat the same thing everyday. Although, you guys seem to be more hardcore with what you eat. I eat what I 'think' is healthy for lunch and dinner. I have cereal with whey or casein for breakfast. All my food is prepared for me out here. I just walk in and choose what I want pretty much.

The only thing that varies is my dinner. Have the same breakfast, lunch, late night meal everyday pretty much.

I like the routine tbh, when I vary stuff my diet just goes to shit and I dont eat enough/eat too much.
