do any of you guys eat the Special K cereal with 10g of protein per serving?

    i saw that shit at walmart and picked it up. Tastes pretty good.

    I eat the regular Special K vanilla almond with muscle milk.

    How much is this shit @ walmart?

    Also, I do eat it. Only when its on sale. Fucking amazing cereal. I love it. If I can find it for $2 a box, I'll buy 50.

    that one without the muscle milk only has 2g of protein per serving. why don't you eat the other kind?

    Well...I mix it with 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 scoop muscle milk and 1/2 to 1 scoop all the whey cupcake batter.
    And that's 39-52g of protein already.

    Yes.

    Been eating it for like 4 years now, It's awesome. Only 14g carbs per 10g protein. Just about the best cereal you can find IMO.

    Since I don't do milk I just take a cup of greek yogurt and add a cup of the cereal on top.

    It's like 30g protein for some yogurt and cereal.
