Do any of you do a 4-day split?

    I'm thinking about doing this:

    Gym four days a week
    Rock climbing 2 days a week (indoors, for fun)
    One day for rest...

    Right now, I do a 3-day. Back/Bi, Chest/Tri, and Legs.

    Any of you do a 4-day split? How do you divvy it up?

    my main 4 day split is back/tri, chest/shoulder, bi/abs/forearms, legs

    then i try to get in 1 or 2 days of what i feel needs the most work

    is it better to work complimentary muscles togother, aka chest/tri.....back/bi

    or to mix shit up like your rutine?

    i do the chest/tri, back/bi deal......thinking about changing up my rutine :noes:

    i change it up all the time, this is what i ended up with this time...i used to believe in the whole push/pull thing or training tris with chest since they were fatgiued...etc. But now i just kinda go with what i want

    yea i think im gonna change it up soon. but i hate to change something that has been working pretty good for me. I just sucks that by the time i get to tris after chest I can't skullcrush my penis off. I'll see :joshers:
