I tend to do it once a week. I know its bad but I just get these urges to go all out and eat whatever the fuck I want. Anyone have any ideas on stopping it? Last night I ate an entire bag of peanut butter pretzel sandwiches (1500 cals on top of my 1800 for the day ). I feel like shit and plan on eating very little (lots of protein) and drinking a ton of water but I just want to stop bingeing so I can cut better. Anyone been in my position and fixed it?
