Do any of you binge?

    I tend to do it once a week. I know its bad but I just get these urges to go all out and eat whatever the fuck I want. Anyone have any ideas on stopping it? Last night I ate an entire bag of peanut butter pretzel sandwiches :hsugh: (1500 cals on top of my 1800 for the day :o ).

    I feel like shit and plan on eating very little (lots of protein) and drinking a ton of water but I just want to stop bingeing so I can cut better. Anyone been in my position and fixed it?

    a bag of pretzles? I binge at a buffet, but I'm not one to be watching what I eat :o I'm skinny.

    most of my "binge foods" are protein based, like buffalo wings or sushi

    I try to keep it that way but sometimes I just want a big bag of chocolate covered pretzels or something

    buffalo wings ftl if fried.... transfat heaven :)


    I also tend to binge at buffets, I have been doing good binging only on healthy foods. Then comes the after part, where I think I am becoming bolemic because of this, usually im slowly vomiting the food out or do some extreme cardio session afterwards.

    Then again.. bolemia = twice the taste with half the calories heh

    i have this problem, the best I've been able to do is limit my binges to once a week on a predetermined cheat day. If i feel like I'm going to eat something that will induce a binge I just say in my head "no, just wait till saturday" and that normally gets me through it. I also have a big problem with eating in my sleep, fucking shit sucks.

    i tend to binge/cheat on the weekends when im going out with friends drinking and whatever, but even then, i dont really go "all out" as in eating an entire cake by myself or something. Just having a meal at a retaurant that i wouldnt usually have is enough for me.

    If I'm on a diet I don't binge...9/10 my cheat meals will still fall within my target calorie range.

    you mean, fat based ;)

    1 lb of fried wings are 1500, 75% fat (even if non trans fat - that's still 1,100 calories from fat)

    as for me, each sunday evening I have a cheat meal. A few weeks ago i did 2.5lbs of wings.

    This weekend, it was pizza.
