    to any who saw the special on national geographic channel. about the north/south korea dispute. even though the land is different the circumstances are still the same. its a good read based on war/political insight.

    Wait, does the DMZ comic have anything to do with the DMZ? Because I flipped through an issue and it had white and black people in it...

    DMZ is about an american revolutionary war in the near future. most of it has been contained except in new york city, where the entire area has been labeled the De-Militarized Zone (DMZ).

    it's about a cameraman turned reporter's struggle and lifestyle inside of the DMZ, getting played and working people over on all sides. it's a really, really clever book.

    no. DMZ is a term referred to any area between 2 countries that are a de facto state of war. this is a supposed to be a safe zone between the two parties. but history has shown us that a place made for peaceful talks is rarely that.

    for more insightful reading, check out operation ''paul bunyon'' to see what really happend to american troops in the 60's. you will be shocked

    well its a good thing that comics at least display this type of scene. b/c u sure as hell wont see it on the news. the last piece of news between north/south korea was dated 1998. wtf
