    -breakfast:
    1 package of quaker oats oatmeal
    -lunch:
    1.5 servings tuna fish
    1.5 servings of cottage cheese
    1 banana
    -dinner:
    1.5 servings tuna fish
    1.5 servings of cottage cheese
    1 banana

    went to the gym for ~30 min worked arms and shoulders.

    chicken fajitas in bell peppers cooked in olive oil
    1 cup of rice
    1.5 servings cottage cheese
    -dinner:
    1.5 servings tuna fish

    no gym time cause i was in excruciating pain from the day before.
