    I've been a lazy bum for a while now. On and off at the gym and getting fat. I started taking Muay Thai and BJJ over a year ago and now I am getting motivated to get my body back in shape as well. I am taking a month or more off from martial arts just to get my body back in shape, as well as for my wedding on May 20th.

    My main goals are weight (body fat) loss and strength gain for martial arts application.

    age: 22
    height: 6'1"
    weight: 232
    bf: more than I want

    Squats-5x5 @ 225
    Deadlifts-5x5 @ 255
    Bench Press-5x5 @ 65 dumbells
