When I do like 9-10 reps at a good ammount of weight I rack the weight and about 2-3 seconds latter I get pretty light headed. Same thing with doing a heavy dead lift. I normally sit down for 2-3 seconds or lean against the rack until it settles. Is this normal?

It's pretty normal for me. Sometimes my vision starts to go a bit too.

Don't hold your breath from start to finish...

Learn to control your breathing/get stronger and it will get easier.

I still remember you doing that big squat you posted on youtube and using some poor guy just hanging out as a chair to lean on

How do you guys breath properly, is there a technique for it? Breath out at what point, inhale at what point or just whatever is comfortable?

I get kinda dizzy after heavy sets.... I usually hold my breath until the middle of the rep.

sometimes when do my 3 rep max on squat I'll struggle the last rep up and I'll walk away and spots will start to blur my vision.

hope I never pass out, especially mid-lift.
