MMA Dizziness

    Yeah, I'm into wushu and stuff. I used to think dizziness when doing stunts affected everyone, but now I realize it's just me D: Any tips on how to counter or build up resistance to it?

    get a baseball bat, broom handle, or anything of that nature and put one end on the floor and your hand and head on the other. spin around in circles 100 times each way. do 10 sets of this every day.

    for optimal performance, try and run in a straight line after you do this. if you want to up the ante, be sure to carry sharp objects with you while you do this running.

    I didn't know there were people immune to dizziness. Is that for real? :rofl: I always assumed it was just years of experience that got them through it, like figure skaters.
