First off, i'm not some fat out of shape fuck. This is a genuine question. I'm in decent cardio shape, and I've been lifting regularly for only about 3months now. 150lbs around 5'11'' However 4 days ago I went into the gym pretty late after work to workout (around 10pm) I ended up cutting my workout about 15min short because i felt really dizzy and ive developed shoulder pains from military presses and they seemed to get worse. It was my arm and shoulder day - I woke up the next morning and I know this might sound stupid but I swear my arms looked smaller than normal as if overnight my body metabolized those muscles for food or something. I took 4 days off and last night i went to the gym and continued where I left off with my arms/shoulders because I was feeling roughly the same. However this morning, I had very very strong muscular "growing" type pains only in my Left arm, which is the side that has the shoulder pains. The only thing I could think of is that i take Adderall 3days a week for ADD and i know that definitely increases my heartrate but I take it at 7am, so by the time i workout its always over 12hours later.
