First off, i'm not some fat out of shape fuck. This is a genuine question.

I'm in decent cardio shape, and I've been lifting regularly for only about 3months now.
    150lbs around 5'11''

However 4 days ago I went into the gym pretty late after work to workout (around 10pm)
I ended up cutting my workout about 15min short because i felt really dizzy and ive developed shoulder pains from military presses and they seemed to get worse.

It was my arm and shoulder day - I woke up the next morning and I know this might sound stupid but I swear my arms looked smaller than normal as if overnight my body metabolized those muscles for food or something.

I took 4 days off and last night i went to the gym and continued where I left off with my arms/shoulders because I was feeling roughly the same.
However this morning, I had very very strong muscular "growing" type pains only in my Left arm, which is the side that has the shoulder pains.

The only thing I could think of is that i take Adderall 3days a week for ADD and i know that definitely increases my heartrate but I take it at 7am, so by the time i workout its always over 12hours later.

    Wow that article was amazing.

I've been having massive bicep pains today close to the elbow and never would have guessed my shoulder is the culprit.

Gonna change up my workout tonight and instead of doing my chest ill work on my back and abs

I doubt its hypo/hyperglycemia, and im skeptical if im not eating enough, i ate at least 2.5k calories.
    yesterday.

It could be sleep issue, maybe dehydration, or even breathing.

    Definitely appreciate the ideas.

I believe it's Ceaze that has some article/link/study disproving this.

Yeah, dizziness and joint pain aren't serious issues that should be check by a person qualified to answer your questions. Personally, i think its head lice :dunno:

    head lice? o.o

I think the shoulder pain might be accurate.. the dizziness might just be my body being a little bitch.
