Step 1: Get into a hot shower
    Step 2: Shampoo/ take a normal shower
Step 3: Take a loofa and while washing yourself, allow it to get caught on the anchor
Step 4: Give a light tug
Step 5: Catch the falling anchor

My chest anchor wasn't set deep enough(He had hard time getting it in properly. His clamp was broken and kept letting go.) Barely tugging on it brought it out, which I had been fearing. I'm hoping to go in tomorrow for him to redo it.

This sounds semi more "blunt" like than the take the exacto knife to your knuckles post there was in another thread I think. =] Sounds semi painful but at least you got it out right? (Sorry if this comes of as me being a dick I'm really not trying to sound like it, truthfully)

 Nope. Complete accident. I'm hoping to get it redone on Monday. Hopefully it will go in deeper.
