Dislocated my kneecap last night. W/ Pics

So I popped my knee cap out of place tonight. Thing was practically slid all the way around to the back of my leg. Had it popped back in place in it's all good. I wanted someone to just pop it back in at the gym but they couldn't. Not even the paramedics. Just took me to the hospital and put it back in place. No permanent damage. Just have to take a couple of weeks off of trainning and where knee sleeve when I go back.

Shouldn't affect my upcoming fight. Here are some pics.

I honestly think the thing that hurt the most was getting me from the floor to the meat cart. lol

As far as what happened, I was just working a takedown and I really don't know. I just planted my foot and guess my leg was in a weird position, next thing I know I hear a pop and stop immeditely and look down and see that. Honestly after the initial pop it really didn't hurt, just sat with my leg relaxed as much as possible and waited for the medics.
