discovered a great post-workout meal

    if you have a chicken kitchen near you, get a large cuban chop chop...

    brown rice, black beans, grilled chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes.....but its a SHIT LOAD.....at least 1000 calories....strongly recommend it.

    that is all.

    none of you guys have heard of Chicken Kitchen...lol, its a chain across america.......i think its fairly new, im sure there will be more of them in the near future.

    i take dex for postwokrout too, 8 table of dex seems like a lot. how many grams of carbs is that? do you know if dex affects tooth decay like normal sugar?

    4table spoons of dextrose, 3/8 cup of malto. its about a 50/50 split.

    think you've got this backwards, dextrose is cheaper and it's more dense. Generally a 1/4 cup of dextrose = 3/8 cup of malto gram for gram

    7 lb of maltodextrin = $13
    8 lb of dextrose = $8

    (1fast400 pricing)
