I just figured it out so here it goes. (My little sister and I got into a warning battle, I won but I want to teach her a lesson.)

    In the directory
    C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\
there is a file called hosts
open it with notepad or ultraedit or whatever and add the following line

    127.0.0.1 login.oscar.aol.com

Now the AIM service cannot be reached. I tried blocking the port on my firewall but AIM can switch ports. This is a sure fire way to disable it. I love having full access to all the computers on my network. :bigthumb:

    ummm.....

not very technical but host changes can be funny... you might want to experiment with it. you are on the right track to redirect her from some site she loves to yahoo or something...
