    I pulled 525x1 like a G tonight and am fucking stoked. I have been dieting for a couple months now and haven't gotten past 515 since like June or some shit.

    I gotta say that the shit went up pretty easy too :cool: I remember holding the weight up like for a few seconds like THATS RIGHT MUTHAFUCKA!!11lc

    I'll DL heavy again in 2 weeks and will attempt 535 or something :eek5:

    With that said, I definately don't drop the weight from the top of the movement trying to cause a scene. I kinda just did something like the guy from that gif that says...

    hamstring injury from this summer that I still don't feel comfortable going heavy with.

    600 is a WAYS off unless I do something dramatic with my training/diet.

    Yeah its amazing how heavy shit starts to feel after 500, even small increases in weight seem like a lot. At least to me, getting to 500 didn't take all that long, making progress past that seemed to take a lot longer.

    I got 500 off the floor last meet, sumo, I should've locked it out but lost that shit floating forward instead of in close.

    next meet I want atleast 525
