    I havent maxed on squats yet because i dont think my from is that good. The most iv'e done on deads is 400 but i think that i can do more. I haven't maxed on bench also but i've done 265 and i think that i could hit 275.

    if you are worried about your form, we squat every Sunday at noon in Seguin. Those guys have helped me tremendously in the past month or so. Might be worth coming for a session or two and have them look at your form

    Yeah i dont know whats up with my form. My legs are really long for my torso so to stay ballanced i have to lean forward more than most people. How much does that place cost and what time do yall work out on sunday? I have to work until 6pm every sunday.

    We usually start around 12. Costs 4 bucks for a day. Also, you could come Wednesday and they could take a look then if that would be easier for you. Their lower days are Wednesday and Sunday

    I like it a lot. I'm getting stronger and the work outs aren't so fuckign long. My arms are growing a little bit so i don't know.( i don't really measure anythign else) I'm going to keep it up for a while and see how it goes. What do you think about it?

    I like it, its definetly making me stronger like you said, But I feel like im not doing enough with only 3 sets per exercise and only 6 reps. Like you said though, im going to stick with it till January and see how things go.

    I usually eat 1 cup of oats with my shake before i go to bed and i'm going to stop that for a while because my stomach gets really bloated and fucked up. My shake before bed has 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp of olive oil, banana and 1 cup of milk. Last night was my first night to do that and i wasn't farting all night and i didn't have to take a huge shit when i woke up.
