    tomorrow starts the first day in like 3 months where I can actually begin to devote time to the gym again. as of now i'm about 206. gonna get the diet back in check. gonna run a cycle. gonna start up cp again. gonna get less fat after i bulk for about 8 weeks.

    i just took some before pictures to show muscle atrophy and fatness gain so they'll be up soon.

    it's good to be back...

    nope, my diet just went to shit and i ate a ton of sugar and shit...but not anymore...

    GM triples up to a 1rm of 215
    GHR 3x10 w/ 60lb db
    reverse hyper 3x8 75 lb
    pulldown abs 5x10 100lb
    leg raises 5x15

    Never tried board press before... but how does that usually compare to your regular flat bench?
