dilemma

    i am almost done with MAX OT and on my "break" i ran and did some calisthenics. altough i made progress in strength and size, my endurance is not impressive. i can only do 35 push ups at a time and 8 min mile.

    well i plan on joining the airforce when i get my BA and ROTC in maybe 1 year. My dilemma is should i keep maxing out? or work on calisthenics... i want to score the highest posible grade in the airforce physical. thanks OT

    not sure about which routine you should do b/c aside from the runnning and pushups i'm not sure what they're testing you for

    for pushups, though, if you want to get more reps out of the same weight then theoretically creatine should help.
