    Some people work muscles groups once a week, some work them more. If they're making gains with their routine then let them continue without critism. I've seen people that work a group with such intensity in one day that they need time to rest. Others chose to do it over two days. It doesn't really matter because at the end of the week the total volume for that group is the same. :wiggle:

    How do you know what my volume is if I work a muscle group once a week or twice a week?
