I've been eating alot of fish lately for my protein intake, but all i've been doing is grilling them and it's getting kinda old...

    2 Salmon Stakes
    Plate
    Microwave for 3 mintues

Add desired source or flavouring for taste...:hsd:

Most fish tastes the same no matter how it's cooked...although poached salmon is pretty nice.

cut up some spinach and combine in a bowl with some crushed nuts and sun dried tomatoes.
Make a pocket in the Salmon fillet but don't cut through to the other side. spoon mixture in.
season with a bit of lime.

Bake for about 10 minutes and :yum:

    Salmon filet.

Pat it dry, then cover it with honey. Throw it into a very hot skillet and sear both sides. The honey should become hard but not burnt. Do this briefly then take it out and grill it. Add a basil rub or season to taste.
