:dunno: maybe sub wrestling teaches more takedowns & by nature focuses more on being in a top dominant position? :dunno:

    chechen? nobones?

the dojo i was going to join in my area that taught bjj & muay thai is closed now :wtc:
so my next choice is this place that teaches "kickboxing" & submission wrestling. i was really looking forward to earning stripes/belts. :sadwavey:

sub wrestling emphasizes top position.. a sub wrestler probably does not have a great guard. a sub wrestler has better takedowns and leglocks.

but you can become good at anything.. its all in how you choose to train.
