Difference between workout programs?

    How much of a difference do different programs make in your end results if you're comparing hypertrophy programs like the sticky vs. a 5x5 or something? Is it subtle or big? Does it only make a difference after you've been training for awhile?

    End results of what exactly? That would probably depend on what your goals are and how your diet looks.

    Well, keep all the other variables the same (same person, diet, ect.). How will the results from a hypertrophy program differ from a strength program. Will they actually cause the big of a difference in the end results or is it subtle?

    Does that make more sense? In other words, does it really matter what program you're on or just that you go and lift hard?
