Is it just the fact of being seated vs standing?
military press = standing, feet close together
Overhead press = standing
I've always thought overhead = military whether seated or standing.
does it matter? it's probably the same lift with a different name
What about military press versus behind the neck press?
good god, does it matter? is it holding back your progress? just lift, who cares about the name
damn dude relax, we are just curious
Lay off the No-Xplode
While steve's No-Xplode was likely tainted and expired, he does have a point.
Hell I don't know if what I'm doing is romanians or stiff legged dl's but it really just comes down to how I call it and I'm consistent with the performance.
I know....I do it standing. Sitting feels awkward to me.
But I was just wondering.
I've recorded the exercise as either military or overhead. Its the same thing to me. Just means standing and to the front.
As for variations, I'll write down if its seated press, behind neck or if its seated behind neck.
Just do the god damned lift, jesus.
way to repost it after 4 days.
Maybe its a hint to... delete this thread?
no need if morons which seem to get really bothered by it dont keep bumping it.
