Okay...I'm seriously going to try to get in shape. Generally I walk about 147ish but I'm fluffy there. The picture you guys have seen was at about 138. I'm shooting to walk at 135 so I don't have to constantly go up and down for tournaments. I don't know how many of you guys actually work out/diet but what works best for you (and quickly, preferred?), especially at removing that last layer of fat over your abs? I eat several times a day, don't eat processed breads, and drink skim milk. Granted, I cheat on my diet a lot, which I'll stop doing...now. Gr. Still fluffy. Tim, if your England-bound ass reads this, you fucking SUCK at being my diet buddy. I hate you.
