MMA Dieting...

    Okay...I'm seriously going to try to get in shape. Generally I walk about 147ish but I'm fluffy there. The picture you guys have seen was at about 138. I'm shooting to walk at 135 so I don't have to constantly go up and down for tournaments.

    I don't know how many of you guys actually work out/diet but what works best for you (and quickly, preferred?), especially at removing that last layer of fat over your abs? I eat several times a day, don't eat processed breads, and drink skim milk. Granted, I cheat on my diet a lot, which I'll stop doing...now. Gr. Still fluffy.

    Tim, if your England-bound ass reads this, you fucking SUCK at being my diet buddy. I hate you.

    What works for me is chicken and veggies and every modifcation to it you can imagine, cottage cheest, lots of water and a chocolate protien/energy type of bar before any training. Im definitely not the perfect dieter because I lapse all the time, people say have a cheat meal a week.. I have an entire day dedicated.

    Crossfit and Running work for me, Grappling won't do the trick I just dont get enough of a workout doing it anymore. If im on my diet, and im running and doing crossfit it's insane how much my body morphs.

    6AM - 7AM PT (like Crossfit, just cheap and Army version)
    12PM - 12:30 Elliptical
    5PM - 7 PM BJJ

    Tuesday:
    12PM - 12:30 Elliptical
    5PM - 6:30 PM BJJ
    6:30 PM - 8 PM Muay Thai

    Wednesday:
    6AM - 7AM PT
    12PM - 12:30 Elliptical
    5PM - 9 PM BJJ/MMA/Sparring

    Thursday:
    6AM - 7AM PT
    12PM - 12:30 Elliptical
    4PM-6:30PM BJJ

    Friday:
    6AM - 7AM PT
    12PM - 12:30 Elliptical
    6PM - 7PM BJJ

    Saturday:
    11 AM - 1 PM BJJ
    or, most likely, a Tournament

    I do cardio!!!

    I've been eating hot pockets, smothered green chili burritos, popcorn, thai food, quesadillas, chef boyardee ravioli, canned chili, indian food, and more. I can't get weight (that and I have an irregular sleeping/eating schedule) :wtc:

    If you are saying you aren't getting results you are intaking too many calories.

    Put less shit in your stomach.. think like the termintor and think of food as fuel and just give yourself enough.

    I need wendy's chicken sandwish and fries supersize with a large root beer after work.

    At work I have chicken and a couple of candy bars out of the vending machine.

    then I have some ramen noodle or some shit before I go to bed and then throw cheeze puffs in my mouth till I passout

    MY GF always has some laying around, she says its easier than working out, lol.

    I haven't ate out at a fast food joint in about a month and a half.

    I think today being my day with Mr. Fuckit on my shoulder im going to go get myself an ice cream cone from dairy queen
