dieting need help

    ya i need help with dieting i dont have alot of money to get alot of food so i was wondering what can i do im a type of person that has a gut problem thats the mean problem for me.

    well its not that good cuz no money but i have had alot of people tell me since im just starting to its the weights hard i have always weight lifted but not like i am now. My diet is like i said i eat what ever i can cuz i have no money i no nothing bout how much carbs i should intake and all that its my gut is the main prob ever thing else is coming along great.

    well ok
    morning- oatmeal and like 2 egg whites if i have them
    snack- power bar or something small like fruit
    lunch- chicken if have it some kind of meat
    before workout- something small like fruit
    dinner- meat or chicken some kind of meat

    like i said im not a very good dieter for the past couple of months i have been trying to get a good enough diet going. thanks for your guys input on this.

    eggs are fucking cheap, chicken in bulk is cheap, tuna is cheap....

    power bars are not cheap and neither is fresh fruit...

    Chicken, rice, and eggs are all cheap.


    It's a good thing your gut problem and financial problem complement eachother so well.

    If you are trying to lose weight, do not eat Powerbars - especially if you are on a budget.

    Take half a medium onion and a clove of garlic - sweat it in a bit of olive oil in a pot. Add 2.5 cups of chicken stock and bring to a boil. When it boils, pour it over 1.5 cups of brown rice in a 8" casserole dish. Stir to combine - add some salt if you want. Cover and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees. When done, remove cover and fluff with a fork.


    Voila - cheap brown rice for the rest of the week.
