I'm currently on a workout/dieting program for weight loss. 2000kcal a day and I workout 45 minutes, 6 days a week. Since I'm trying to lose weight, what should my PWO nutrition look like?

Thats what I'm currently doing is protein and carbs PWO but I wasn't sure if I should change that since i'm trying to lose weight, possible less carbs and maintain body catabolism or if anyone had an opinion on this.

if you are trying to lose weight by cutting carbs, cut carbs from the other parts of your day. consume the carbs PWO.

keep carbs pwo and cut them from times they don't give you much utility (later on in the day)
